Hello

Hilary Rafferty MS, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with a focus on adults with neurological conditions and a passion for supporting and empowering care partners and their family members.

 

She has experience in a variety of settings including assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has worked with individuals living with dementia throughout her entire career, is Skills2Care® certified, and she has also been a primary care partner for her grandmother with dementia.

 

Hilary graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and from Thomas Jefferson University in 2013 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.

 

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Honey, reading a good book, summers at the beach, and trying new restaurants.
